THE LEADING SEMINAR IN EUROPEAN ENERGY LAW AND POLICY

Since 1988, the European Energy Law Seminar has had a leading role in shaping discussions in European energy law. Now entering its 32nd year, the seminar – organized by the Dutch Energy Law Association (NeVER), in cooperation with the University of Groningen’s Centre of Energy Law and Sustainability and the University of Oslo’s Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law – has become renowned for its high-quality presentations and discussions on a wide variety of energy-related topics. Boasting a wealth of accomplished speakers and a diverse range of topics for discussion, the seminar showcases the fruits of continued collaboration in the energy space, and provides ample room for networking to that end.

The 2022 edition of the seminar, to be held from 22-24 May 2022, in the home of international law – The Hague. The seminar will include a Guided Royal Tour. This will be followed by a dinner at the famous Hotel Des Indes – The Hague, where the guest of honour, Mr. Peter Altmaier, former Federal Minister of Economic Affairs and Energy of Germany, will make a dinner speech.
