Vincenzo Randazzo is a policy officer in Unit TF1 “Diversification strategy and joint purchasing” of DG Energy of the European Commission, where he is responsible for legal affairs and legislative files. 

Prior to this, Vincenzo was energy counsellor in the EU Delegation to Algeria, and legal officer in different Commission departments, dealing with EU public procurement legislation and international trade.

Vincenzo holds a Ph.D. in International and EU law (Siena University) and a LL.M. in EC law
(Leiden University).
