Frederik Lenskjold Olsen is a director in Plesner’s Energy & Infrastructure team. Frederik advises national and international businesses and public institutions and companies in particular on the

large-scale projects in the areas of energy, infrastructure and construction. Frederik expertise is complex construction projects where Frederik is very experienced with advising clients during all phases of the project execution.

Frederik regularly advises project owners and contractors in matters relating to execution of projects – from drafting and negotiating contracts, to contract and claims management and dispute resolution. In 2016, Frederik was seconded as an integrated member of the project organisation of an oil and gas project in the Danish sector of the North Sea (the “Hejre Project”), where he assisted the various engineers and business functions of the project.

Frederik experiences within the oil & gas industry led to involvement in an increasing number of renewablesprojects as the green transition and renewables investments has increased in the recent years.
