Ines Mittermeier

Ines Mittermeier is a German-based lawyer (Senior Associate) at international law office Noerr Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB in Duesseldorf.

As a member of Noerr’s practice group Regulatory and Governmental Affairs, Ines advises German and international clients in all regulatory matters. Her key focus lies on public law advise concerning constitutional law, administrative law, European law as well as environmental regulation in Germany. In this regard, Ines advises her clients – both private clients and public bodies – in particular on regulatory compliance and regulatory permit and approval procedures.

Ines has studied law at the University of Muenster (Germany) and was trained as a legal trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany). She has been registered at the German bar at Duesseldorf since 2018.

Before joining Noerr in 2022, Ines was advising clients on regulatory matters for another Duesseldorf-based international law firm.
